Building a stronger, healthier, and more connected romantic relationship.

Home: Welcome

WELCOME

Dr. Mikhila Wildey, a clinical psychologist based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, provides expert therapy services tailored specifically for couples. Beyond her advanced expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, she brings a unique blend of over ten years of practical experience and specialized training exclusively dedicated to couples therapy.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Wildey is also a tenured professor at Grand Valley State University. In this role, she actively teaches and mentors students, as well as conducts research on  dynamics within romantic relationships. The synthesis of her PhD level training, clinical proficiency in couples therapy, teaching background, and research knowledge makes her a unique and valuable asset in the field of couples therapy.

Maintaining a deliberately limited practice given her role as a professor, Dr. Wildey dedicates her attention to only 4-5 couples per week. She welcomes diverse couples, utilizes evidence-based approaches, and tailors her treatment strategies to align with each couple's unique goals and needs.
