I am Dr. Mikhila Wildey, and I am a clinical psychologist and couples therapist in Grand Rapids, Michigan who is committed to helping couples build long-lasting and resilient relationships. I work with all types of relationships (e.g., dating, marital, long-term), and the couples I work with come from diverse backgrounds with regards to age, race, ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation, and they present with a wide range of issues. I use evidence-based approaches to couples therapy, and I tailor my treatment approach to each couple’s own goals and needs for treatment. In addition to being a couples therapist, I am a professor in the psychology department at Grand Valley State University.
